Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design – offers courses in ten different art and design disciplines including animation, fine art and textile design. School of Business – this school teaches courses in a range of subject areas including accounting, business and economics. School of Dentistry – Dundee is ranked 1st in the UK for Dentistry (Guardian University Guide 2024). School of Humanities, Social Sciences and Law – subjects taught within the School of Humanities include law, education and society, energy environment and society, psychology and humanities. School of Life Sciences – the School of Life Sciences is one of the world leaders in biomedical and health sciences. School of Medicine – Medicine students at Dundee have access to a range of facilities including a Clinical Research Imagining Facility (CRIF). School of Health Sciences – this school is located in two campuses, and offers learning in adult, child and mental health nursing. School of Science and Engineering – this school provides programs in anatomy and human identification, computing, engineering, mathematics and physics.
All of the course content delivered at the university is in the English language, so international applicants will need to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency as stated in their course requirements. For those whose first language is not English, an IELTS result demonstrating a minimum score of 6.5 is usually required. Equivalent test scores from other providers may be accepted in some circumstances. Students with no documented test scores are still able to apply but may be given an offer that is conditional on satisfying language requirements.
Finally, international students who need a visa to study in the UK are also required to meet the level of English required by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
Students at the university will be able to benefit from the university's Global Excellence Scholarship, which recognises and rewards students for exceptional academic, community-based or other extra-curricular activities. Successful students can receive up to GBP 6,000 per academic year.

Global Citizenship Scholarship – up to GBP 5,000 for any eligible undergraduate student. Vice Chancellor's Africa Scholarship – students from eligible countries may receive GBP 4,000 per year to help with undergraduate tuition fees. Vice Chancellor's South Asia Scholarship – up to GBP 4,000 per year of study for eligible UG and PG students living in South Asia.These scholarships change from region to region. Accommodation – A wide variety of accommodation options suitable for students of every level, from undergraduate to postgraduate, are available on or near to the campus. All accommodation types are furnished with shared kitchens, private bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Students' Union – Dundee University Students' Association (DUSA) supports more than 240 societies, so students will easily be able to meet new people and try different things. They can also purchase coffee, tea and lunch at DUSA, making it an ideal location for socialising. Libraries –There are multiple libraries on campus for students to use. The main library has a wide range of electronic and printed resources, as well as a cafe and relaxation areas, group study rooms with the latest technology, and flexible, creative spaces. Relax – Campus also has an array of areas where students can relax including the global room. Here, students can speak with the friendly team who will provide information about exciting events including international film screenings and cultural events such as St Andrew's Day celebrations.
