Deakin College is a direct pathway to Deakin University, providing students with the experience that supports successful transition to further studies at the University. Since 1996, it has been known as MIBT and in that time many students have successfully progressed to degree programs at Deakin University.
The college offers foundation Program which leads into Deakin College Diplomas or selected 1st year degree programs at Deakin University. It also offers diploma programs in Commerce, Computing, Engineering, Health Sciences, Management, Media and Communication, and Science which lead into second year Bachelor degrees at Deakin University. Students have access to a range of support services and campus facilities to ensure a smooth academic and emotional transition to university level study.
Deakin College has four campus locations. In Australia, it is located on three Deakin University campuses in the state of Victoria. The College also has an offshore campus in Jakarta, Indonesia.
