About the course
This public health stream will provide you with a dexterity in quantitative and qualitative methods needed to solve complex health problems as well as the theoretical concepts which underpin the achievement of equitable public health in society. You can expect to acquire skills essential to the practice of public health in both developed and developing world settings. You will gain leadership skills that will allow the development of collaborative strategies for understanding today’s interrelated public health challenges in all settings.

How to apply
Entry requirements for Monash University
An Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a non-cognate discipline with at least a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60% or an equivalent GPA or qualification and experience approved by the faculty.
IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 Overall (Minimum 6.0 in each component)
Internet Based TOEFL - 79 (Listening - 12, Reading - 13, Speaking - 18 and Writing - 21)
Paper based TOEFL - 550 (Test of Written English: 4.5)
