The program duration is 1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time. The minimum length of candidature is 1 year and the maximum length is 2 years. Conversion from an MPhil to a PhD program is possible conditional on:
(i) satisfactory annual progress review, confirmation of candidature in accordance with UNSW Procedures for Review of Higher Degree Research Candidatures and with the approval of the UNSW Canberra Higher Degree Committee, and
