The Masters of Disability Practice and Leadership (1.5 years) aims to enhance leadership capabilities and to provide senior practitioners and managers with the knowledge and skills required to work in a rapidly changing disability field influenced by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The 1.5 year Masters has a multi-disciplinary focus across social policy, education, psychology, philosophy, sociology, trauma responsiveness, and health, allowing you to understand diverse perspectives. Applicants to the Master of Disability Policy and Practice (2 years) must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in a disability-related discipline, or hold the Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies from Flinders University.
