Marketing involves identifying consumer needs and wants, and allocating organisational resources to profitably satisfy those needs and wants. You'll develop knowledge and skills in product and brand management, awareness and loyalty, consumer behaviour and research, product and service development and marketing strategy. How to apply
Entry requirements for The University of Queensland
Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7 point scale, OR Graduate Certificate in Business from UQ or equivalent with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7 point scale. Field of Study: For students who have previously undertaken studies in business or commerce, entry will only be considered for a field not already studied (with the exception of the Supply Chain Management field of study).
IELTS: Overall Band Score of 6.5 AND a minimum score of 6 in each sub-band of Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening. TOEFL (Internet-Based-iBT): Overall score 87 with a Writing score of 21 and Reading, Speaking and Listening scores of 19. TOEFL (Paper-based): Overall score of 570 and a minimum score of 5.0 in the Test of Written English (TWE) and 54 in Listening and Reading.
