How to apply

Entry requirements for Oxford Brookes University

Entrants to the programme should possess the following minimum qualifications:

  a second-class honours degree, or equivalent, in any subject, or

  an appropriate professional background and experience in the publishing industry.

  Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to work in the publishing or communications industries. This attribute is usually evidenced through the application and personal statement, references or at interview (all applicants who meet the entry criteria are interviewed). If your first language is not English then we will require IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each component. TOEFL ibt: From 72 overall, with 18 in reading, 17 in writing, 17 in listening and 20 in speaking
