About the course
This 12-credit certificate program enables students to gain a working knowledge of a broad range of instrumentation for solving nanotechnology problems. Credits earned toward a certificate may be accepted as part of a master’s or Ph.D. degree program in materials science and engineering. Welcome to the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, part of the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University. Accredited since 1936, the department offers one of the nation's leading materials science and engineering programs. Students work ly with award-winning professors who are at the top of their fields in a program that provides an excellent balance between theoretical and practical knowledge. Entry requirements for Lehigh University
Send an official transcript from each university you have attended. All transcripts should be converted to the American 4.0 grade point average (GPA) scale, if possible.
Include two (2) letters of recommendation from qualified individuals who can evaluate your academic achievement and potential for graduate studies.
Include Graduate Record Exam (GRE) test results.
