About the course

This fast-track intensive course will develop your skills and update your knowledge of current issues in the construction and property industries.Throughout your studies, you will learn to appreciate the different areas of expertise that contribute to the built environment and where your role fits in.You will also develop your skills of observation and analysis - essential for any surveying career - as well as covering the increasingly important topics of sustainable design, construction, procurement and management. This degree combines work-based and university-based learning. Its structure lets you complete the course in two years on day release (one day per week), while you are employed in the industry or gaining work experience.Please note that this day-release course is classed as full-time study.
