Providing expert care and support to people with disability is a growing and key role in Australia, and there is demand for workers in a variety of roles within residential facilities, private homes and within the community. Develop the skills, knowledge and hands on experience to perform all the functions of a disability support worker or progress to the Certificate IV and gain the ability to provide, coordinate and supervise home and community support programs.
