About the course
URI?s Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (B.L.A.) degree is a four-year, 126-credit program, fully accredited by the American Society of Landscape Architects. The program is designed to prepare you for professional careers in public and private practice. URI?s B.L.A. program is competitive, as accreditation standards limit the number of students accepted into the major to 20 per year. While enrolled in the program, you will be reviewed twice during your course of studies: first for admission into the lower-division design sequence and again for acceptance into the upper-division B.L.A. major. Entry requirements for University of Rhode Island
Submit secondary school documents including results and certificates of completion from national secondary school examinations (if applicable). Scans/copies of original academic documents are accepted for admission purposes. Submit TOEFL/IELTS scores. You may submit a copy of your official scores. TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 79 (Pharm.D. applicants 100) IELTS: minimum score of 6.5 (Pharm.D. applicants 7.0). Applicants who have attended a secondary school or post-secondary school where the language of instruction is English may be exempt from submitting an English proficiency examination depending upon their English grades (AP, IB, O level, A-level, GCSE, American Curriculum) and their Critical Reading and Writing SAT and/or ACT scores (if submitted).
