About the course
The Photography program introduces students to technical investigations of traditional, film-based black and white methods and digital photography before moving onto more advanced concept and project-based classes. Students will gain a solid understanding of the technical foundations of photography while looking at its history and trends. In upper level classes students are encouraged to push the boundaries of the medium and develop finished portfolios of prints that demonstrate the many techniques they have learned.
