About the course
The BFA program is designed to help students acquire fundamental technical and conceptual skills along with a broad knowledge of art and design history as a foundation necessary for the creation of original works in art, design and scholarship. The Photography area fosters creative exploration in the production of contemporary art through digital and traditional photographic processes. Facilities include a traditional darkroom and a digital-imaging lab. By graduation, students have the ability to build a high-quality portfolio, jump-starting those interested in photography in the professional photography business.
