About the course

This degree prepares students to supervise and manage the maintenance, capital improvements, and daily operations of commercial and light industrial facilities. Students will learn facilities-related technologies and construction codes, as well as how to maintain a facility over time, will be skilled in basic business managerial tactics and strategies, and will be prepared for employment as facility managers, facility construction managers, facilities project managers, and other supervisory positions in the facilities industry. Official high school or university diplomas and/or transcripts must be certified and translated into English to verify completion of U.S. equivalent academic program. The diploma and/or transcript must include the full name of the student and date of graduation.
