As an integral member of the Mason community, INTO Mason creates vibrant experiences for international students through transformational learning opportunities tailored to meet specific linguistic, academic, and cultural needs. Since 2014, more than 2,500 students from more than 70 countries have enrolled in INTO Mason's academic programs. Of the students eligible to progress to a degree program at Mason, 98 percent have chosen to enroll and continue their studies. Many of these students have gone on to earn bachelor's, master's and PhDs from Mason across all colleges in 96 degree programs and lead successful careers in their fields all over the world.

INTO Mason’s programs empower international students to reach their academic goals while providing additional English language, cultural and social support to help with the transition to Mason. It offers Academic English courses, as well as Pathway programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level to prepare students for degree study at Mason.

The city of Fairfax is ranked #3 on the Top 25 Places to Live Well (Forbes 2009). Students can walk to downtown Fairfax to enjoy unique restaurants, free community festivals and boutique shops. They can also take a free shuttle from campus to the metro, and 45 minutes later, can find themselves in front of the White House or some of the world-famous (and free) Smithsonian museums. Shop along the Georgetown Waterfront, hike in the Blue Ridge mountains, or visit historic US sites like George Washington's home. Students will never run out of things to do with their new friends.

INTO University Partnerships is an independent organization that focuses on expanding higher education opportunities for students worldwide. INTO works with its partner universities to reach students on a global level with their market knowledge and presence in more than 30 regional offices around the world. With expertise in the design of education programs and student support services, INTO helps its partner universities develop a student experience to ensure international students receive the support to excel at the university level.
