De Anza College is always at or near the top in transfers to four year universities. It offers programs, degrees and certificates to fit student’s needs, and plenty of campus activities to enhance their college experience. Students can choose from over 71 associate degrees, 95 certificates of achievement and more than 1,600 courses in fields from Accounting to Women’s Studies. These courses and programs can help students achieve their goals, including Transfer to a four-year college or university, improved job skills and career opportunities and Personal enrichment. It provides students with opportunities to enhance their potential for purposeful and productive lives.
At De Anza, the students find vibrant student life, state-of-the-art facilities, supportive learning communities and helpful student services. It views the students as agents of change, responsible for building a world in which all people are able to realize their dreams. The DASB senate represents student interests on campus, while the Inter Club Council helps coordinate more than 70 students clubs. Beside this, students can find many outlets for creative expressions at the college. Students can take classes in studio arts, dance, theatre, film and television, music or photography.
The De Anza campus covers 112 acres in the heart of Silicon Valley, with award-winning buildings arranged around a series of open plazas. It is located in the city of Cupertino, California, 45 miles south of San Francisco and 6 miles from San Jose.
