This program prepares you to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control a project to ensure its success. That's true whether your area of interest is the arts, community or social services, business or government administration. If you're a seasoned professional, this program provides the opportunity to learn new skills to advance your career faster. You'll learn to do Identify clear project objectives and detailed project requirements. Develop and monitor performance measures. Create valuable project management plans. Manage communication with all team members and project stakeholders. Arrange and control finances. Manage project constraints including scope, quality, cost and time. The program gives you a comprehensive foundation in project management and organizational management that applies to not-for-profit, for-profit and government organizations of all sizes. The activities, cases and projects are focused on small–medium sized projects, and are uniquely non-technical in their objectives and learning outcomes. Entry requirements for Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning
Applicants to our Ontario College Graduate Certificate programs are typically required to have a postsecondary diploma or degree.
If you don?t have a postsecondary diploma or degree, but you have at least two years of work experience in a related field, you may be considered for admission. In this case, you may need to submit additional documentation (such as a resume or portfolio) for review.

Application requirements:
The minimum GPA requirement varies by program. Students must meet the admission requirements for both programs to receive an offer for the bundle. In case an applicant meets the requirement for one program and not the other, the application will be redirected from the bundle to the eligible program.
