About the course
The Professional Certificate - Construction Management program provides you with the foundational technical and managerial skills for advancement in the Canadian and global construction industry. The program introduces you to residential design and construction principles, methods and technologies for building high-performance homes. You will develop leading industry knowledge of building science principles, metrics for verifying performance, and prevailing rating and verification systems. You will also learn how to analyze costs and prepare precise estimates for various construction projects. Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, communication and technical skills to interpret and quantify information in construction contract documents to deliver accurate construction project estimates.
