This post-master?s advanced certificate prepares multilingual and bilingual education teachers, supervisors, teacher trainers, administrators, and materials developers who seek additional credentials and want to build on their knowledge of bilingual education. You'll develop a robust foundation in bilingual education and have the option to pursue a New York State bilingual extension certificate.

Entry requirements for New York University

You must hold or be eligible for initial teacher certification.Upload one official copy of transcripts from every postsecondary school you have attended or are attending.Test of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TOEFL). Scores are valid for two years from the date taken. Successful candidates score a 100 on the Internet based exam or 600 on the paper based exam.The International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
