About the course
The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Evaluation is designed for professionals in fields such as health, business, education, social work, sociology, and public administration. The purpose of the program is to develop the capacity of individuals to do and use evaluation for program and organizational learning. This certificate requires a minimum of 18 credit hours including electives. The electives are selected from course offerings in the WCE and other disciplines. One official transcript is required from each U.S. post-secondary institution attended.
A minimum score of 160 (paper test), or a minimum score of 79 on the Internet-based test (TOEFL iBT) is required for admission to all programs, or IELTS minimum score of 6.5.
