About the course

There isn’t a better time to maximize your leadership potential than by expanding your management skills through this one-year program which is intended to provide career advancement into management roles. This is also in response to succession planning, a challenge that most organizations are facing these days as a quarter of the workforce, including managers, are planning retirement within the next five years.

　　In the program, you will take a series of carefully selected business courses that will build and enhance your skills in critical areas of management such as in accounting for non-financial managers, financial decision making, managerial economics, business ethics and corporate, social, responsibility, organizational behaviour and human resources management, managerial communications, marketing strategy, data analysis using Excel, business strategy, new venture creation, negotiation and leadership, and legal aspects of business.
