About the course
In our increasingly complex health and social systems, systems navigators play a vital role by helping individuals manage and co-ordinate their care within the health and social services. In this program, you will gain a diverse and unique skill set enabling you to work in interdisciplinary teams in health, community, correction, social services, and schools to help clients navigate complex systems of care. As a systems navigator, you will play a vital role in advocating for your clients and helping them gain access to culturally appropriate, quality, and timely care. You will gain practical skills through in-class learning and hands-on work, preparing you to enter a dynamic profession and make your contribution to the health and well-being of our communities.
