　　The New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5) equips students for supervisory and team leader roles, or junior/trainee management positions within a range of hospitality sectors such as kitchens, restaurants, bars, cafés, accommodation, catering or hotels.You will study hospitality operating procedures and compliance requirements, staffing strategies, and facility and inventory management using a blend of theoretical and practical learning that emphasises applied knowledge.
