Learn how to provide quality mental health and addiction services to individuals in need, as well as help peoples? family. Work independently as practitioners, or under the supervision of professional or qualified clinicians. Set yourself up for a career in this growth industry.

　　You will learn the knowledge and skills required to communicate and engage with clients, wh?nau/supporters, and other stakeholders in a mental health and addiction services to individuals in need, as well as support their wh?nau and family.

　　Over 40 weeks, you will receive professional training from experienced tutors (who have worked in the industry themselves) to be able to enter the health and wellbeing sector, and to confidently provide care for the community?s elderly citizens, and their family. This sector of the economy needs skilled people with big hearts You?ll also receive a wage increase that is linked to the qualification (as part of the Care and Support Workers Pay Equity Settlement).
