This is an ideal career for people who love details – especially calculating and measuring., It’s a bit like accounting but you’ll be working on physical projects while they’re being constructed, so things will constantly change providing new challenges to keep things fresh., There's a lot of office work but also plenty of scope to visit building sites to monitor progress before releasing payments.
