About the course
This diploma is the first year of our Bachelor of Accounting (Level 7). If you do well and enjoy the courses, you’ll be able to transition easily into degree-level study or move straight into work once you’ve graduated. You’ll gain an understanding of the general nature of business, the functions in an organisation and the critical role accountants play in the success of a business. The skills you’ll develop in this programme will set you up to support an accountant or an accounting team, such as - Accounting skills for small businesses, including recording transactions and preparing financial statements, budgets and tax returns.
