About the course

This programme blends theory with real-world learning to cover essential skills needed to work in travel consultancy environments.

　　You'll learn how to use industry-standard systems and processes, research travel products, plan itineraries, prepare quotes, develop and maintain relationships and provide excellent customer service. You and your classmates will also plan and undertake a week-long educational trip, and stage a travel expo attended by travel and tourism industry professionals, to showcase your year's work.
