About the course
This entry level programme is designed to give you a broad understanding and awareness of the travel and tourism industry. You'll learn from expert tutors, plus a wide range of guest speakers, and you'll visit a range of travel and tourism-related operations.
You'll also gain skills and knowledge in researching and evaluating travel and tourism products, planning itineraries, customer service and sales, team work, and essential workplace/industry practices, policies and legislation. These experiences will help you decide which roles or areas within travel or tourism you might wish to pursue.
