Our Work and Organisational Psychology MSc provides you with a thorough understanding of how to effectively manage people and organisations. You'll learn how to recruit, train and motivate employees, assess their performance, design work environments and jobs, along with techniques to manage wellbeing and organisational change, plus more.
During the course, you'll be given the chance to develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers such as consultancy and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis software. How to apply
Entry requirements for University of Nottingham
All Official Transcripts. IELTS - 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each element. TOEFL (iBT) - 87 (minimum 20 in Speaking and 19 in all other elements). An undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) with psychology as a major or minor subject that is not accredited by the BPS.
