About the course
The MSc in Project Management will equip you with practical skills in project planning, organising, and leadership, within a framework informed by both academic research and practical experience. This course prepares you for a career in management of projects in different industries and types of organisations. Real-life case examples and group projects are used as examples to reinforce your understanding. You will also be given the opportunity to carry out projects with various types of organisations and experience the reality of achieving the project goals and managing different stakeholders, using the knowledge as well as tools and techniques acquired during the course. The skills you will develop and practice will open doors for you in a wide range of industries and fields of work. From existing projects to the implementation of new products, facilities, infrastructure, organisational change, technological change, all are achieved through projects and need skills and knowledge of management of projects. Entry requirements for University College Dublin
A minimum second-class honours degree (or equivalent) in in Business / Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Economics, Science, Physics, Architecture or a related discipline or A primary degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of three years’ relevant business work experience. Your full, official transcripts. Please note we require official documentation. If you have not completed your undergraduate degree, please send us the most up-to- date version of all years studied so far. Please include an updated CV detailing all relevant work experience and extra-curricular activity. It is useful to demonstrate leadership skills. Ielts - A minimum overall score of 7.0 over all components and a minimum of 6.0 in each band on the Academic Version. The non-academic version is not accepted , Toefl - A minimum score of 100 is required in the Internet based TOEFL (iBT) with a score of at least 20 in each section.
