About the course

The course teaches advanced financial mathematics combined with computational techniques. You'll learn mathematical techniques and skills that are used across the financial sector to quantify and hedge risk. Practical experience of using statistical software will develop your skills in mathematical modelling.

How to apply

Entry requirements for University of Nottingham

All Official Transcripts. IELTS - 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each element. TOEFL (iBT) - 87 (minimum 20 in Speaking and 19 in all other elements). 2:1 (or international equivalent) in mathematics, physics or engineering, a strong mathematics background is essential.
