About the course
Studying this course will enable you to experience the art and science of construction project management from project initiation to operational management through the use modern and innovative approaches. This course which is is fully accredited by the CIOB, RICS, CABE and Quantity Surveying International (QSi) will enable you to experience the art and science of construction project management from project initiation to operational management through the use modern and innovative approaches.
The coursework and assignments on this course are designed around live case studies, which provide an opportunity for real-life learning and application of theory to practice. In addition, this course is delivered with industry partners through vising and guest lecturers - ensuring that all students will be taught by practitioners who are leading the field in the construction industry.

Entry requirements for University of Wolverhampton
A second-class honours degree in a construction related discipline, or equivalent, is required for direct entry onto the Master?s programme. Students are selected using application form and references in the first instance. However, if you have a compatible non-cognate degree and/or have relevant industrial experience you may be interviewed and if successful offered a place on the Masters course or on the postgraduate certificate version of the course with the potential to extend this to a full Master?s degree. or A Postgraduate Certificate in a construction related discipline, or a related subject with a minimum of grade C in all modules.
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any component. Test of English as a Foreign Language) TOEFL - 79 overall with no less than 19 in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
