How to apply

Entry requirements for Newcastle University

A 2:2 honours degree, or international equivalent, in computing science. We also accept subjects with a significant computing component, such as:

  engineering

  systems engineering

  mathematics

  We also value relevant industrial computing experience and transferable skills.

  IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in all sub-skills).

  TOEFL IBT: score of 90 with a minimum of Reading - 18, Writing - 17, Listening - 17, Speaking - 20.
