Graduates are able to critically review the health and well-being of individuals living with dementia, review social policy in dementia care, and develop advocacy skills to work with users, carers and colleagues in the health, social care and voluntary sectors. The program differs from courses offered by other NSW and Australian universities in that it is underpinned by a rehabilitation approach to dementia care.
