The Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences offers Masters (MSc) and doctorate (PhD) programs in both food science and human nutritional sciences. The department is excited to announce the launch of a new Combined Masters Practicum program in dietetics. The Master of Applied Human Nutrition (MAHN) program is a one year, three-semester program consisting of graduate course work and competency based practical experience.
