About the course
Water Resources Engineering offers a stimulating and diverse educational environment with opportunities to participate in innovative experimental, computational and modeling research.
Our program focuses on water, air, and land systems, with an emphasis on the science and engineering applications of environmental transport processes and sustainable resource management. Students and faculty members often develop their research into new technologies that benefit engineering practice in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, hydrology, hydroclimatology, and water resources. Entry requirements for Georgia Institute of Technology
Evidence of award of a bachelor's degree, its equivalent, or higher degree (prior to matriculation) from a regionally accredited institution, demonstrated academic excellence, and evidence of experience in the selected field of graduate study. The required minimum total score on the exams are: The internet-based TOEFL exam = 90, with minimum section scores of 19 or higher on each skill area, The paper-based TOEFL exam = 577, IELTS exam - Overall score minimum of 7, with minimum section scores for reading 6.5, listening 6.5, speaking 6.5 and writing 5.5.
