This course will enable you to develop a career in project management by equipping you with the essential cognitive and technical skills to effectively plan and execute projects.
The course will produce project managers capable of managing constraints in time, cost and quality, as well as social, political and environmental challenges. It draws on the Project Management Body of Knowledge which is the international benchmark and framework upon which the practice of project management is based.
Careers and outcomes
You will have the necessary expertise to take on managerial roles in projects of your chosen field or industry. Upon graduating, you will have acquired specialised knowledge and skills which will enable you to manage projects, multiple projects (programs), or project portfolios within various constraints and contextual environments, and contribute to strategic decision-making of an organisation through understanding of a range of specialty areas relevant to project management.
