MM Harpsichord students extend their performance abilities through weekly private lessons with faculty mentors, chamber ensemble participation and recitals. Academics are emphasized through music theory and musicology coursework and multiple electives. Our faculty of eminent artist-teachers offer students one-on-one attention and opportunities to perform in the tri-state region and around the world.
Students graduating from our program will be prepared for careers in chamber music, private teaching and solo performance by learning both the traditional repertoire and modern music composed for the harpsichord. Graduates of the program often continue on to advanced study. Scholarships - View all scholarships Internships
