About the course

Medical technology is getting more complex, and the field needs upskilled engineering graduates to help maintain and create it. Get a head start in this exciting field with the Master of Medical Engineering, designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge and expertise to be effective employees in an essential field. Aotearoa New Zealand is home to over 130 medical device companies, many of which currently employ our graduates, though the skillsets offered by our programme may open up new opportunities worldwide. We aim to equip our graduates with the necessary technical, medical, ethical, regulatory and business knowledge required to contribute to industry.
