About the course
The Master of Engineering Science (Electrical Engineering) degree will develop students with technical and research skills, a global perspective on professional engineering practice and the competence to identify and apply current practice to solve real-world engineering problems.
All students complete a two-semester research project or industry placement giving you invaluable experience in developing, managing and delivering on complex projects.

How to apply
Entry requirements for The University of Queensland
Degree equivalent to an Australian bachelor degree in Engineering (in the relevant field of study for which they wish to enrol) with a GPA of at least 4.5 on a 7 point scale. IELTS: Overall Band Score of 6.5 AND a minimum score of 6 in each sub-band of Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening. TOEFL (Internet-Based-iBT): Overall score 87 with a Writing score of 21 and Reading, Speaking and Listening scores of 19. TOEFL (Paper-based): Overall score of 570 and a minimum score of 5.0 in the Test of Written English (TWE) and 54 in Listening and Reading.
