About the course

This concentration will support educators and educational leaders who seek to advance their knowledge and expertise related to creating inclusive classrooms and schools. Using an inquiry-based approach, the program will bring together classroom teachers and special educators to consider how they can work collaboratively to support the diverse learning needs of students in inclusive settings. It will also prepare educators, administrators, policy-makers and/or other related professionals who wish to serve as leaders in designing and supporting inclusive practices in classrooms, schools, and larger educational systems. Entry requirements for University of British Columbia
