Applicants should have a recognised bachelor?s degree in civil engineering, building, architecture, quantity surveying, construction management, real estate and other cognate engineering/technology disciplines, or other equivalent qualification.
Obtain a minimum of IELTS overall band of 6.5 with no individual band below 6.0, or TOEFL (paper-based) minimum score of 5500 (with Test of Written English score of 5), or TOEFL (internet-based) minimum score of 79 with no individual band below 18
