About the course

Rawls College, in association with the TTUHSC Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, offers two programs allowing students the opportunity to earn both an M.S. in Biotechnology and an M.B.A., or an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences. Students must be admitted to both the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and the M.B.A. program. Rawls College accepts 12 hours from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences as electives in the M.B.A. program. Likewise, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences will accept 12 hours from the M.B.A. program as electives for the M.S. in Biotechnology or Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences. The Rawls College of Business provides Microsoft Office Excel Specialist certification. The M.B.A. courses are offered online, please work with the M.B.A. advisor for course scheduling. How to apply

Entry requirements for Texas Tech University

International applicants must provide original language documents and English translations. If the documents are not provided in English, an official English translation of all transcripts/ individual semester mark sheets is required.

　　If admitted, the applicant will be required to submit official transcripts, diplomas/degree certificates, and test scores by the twelfth class day of the term to which the applicant is admitted.

　　Original or Certified Copies of All College and University Transcripts - Include mark sheets, examination results, etc. An official English translation is required. If the degree is not complete when the application is made, six semesters or three years of course work are required.

　　The minimum TOEFL score required is 550 (paper-based version) or 79 (internet-based version).

　　The minimum IELTS required score is an overall band score of 6.5 on the Academic version.
