About the course
The study of organizational behavior incorporates everything from change management to strategy implementation, and involves learning how to operate effectively on a micro and macro level. Courses in this program are designed to engage students and deliver general management skills and insights through case studies, research, and experiential exercises that explore organizations and human behavior within them. Electives prepare students to work effectively with others one-on-one (micro level) and in teams or groups (meso level) or within an organization, society, or culture (macro level).
Organization Studies can be effectively combined with other specializations and is of particular benefit to part-time students who are now assuming more general management responsibilities. Scholarships - View all scholarships Internships
