This specialisation equips students with the skills, theory and knowledge, to function as business professionals and industry leaders in contemporary hospitality organisations and venues, as well as for managing their own hospitality business. It focuses on the management of hospitality enterprises, and the business events sector, with a particular emphasis on the management of people (staff and customer contexts), marketing, and current operational and strategic issues impacting the sector.
