Two letters of recommendation from instructors in the proposed area of specialization or other qualified individuals as designated by the school, division, or program to which the candidate is applying. Requirements may differ for some programs.
Official examination results - if taken - from the examining board (i.e., Baccalaureate, General Certificate of Education, Caribbean Examinations Council, West African Examinations Council).
TOEFL or IELTS exam to demonstrate English language proficiency.
Foreign credential evaluation.
Applicants who have taken the SAT can have the TOEFL/IELTS requirement waived
In addition to the general requirements for admission to graduate study in St. John?s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Applicants must present a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0, as well as 3.0 or better in the major discipline. No Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores are required.
