About the course
The master’s program in actuarial science provides training for careers that involve analyzing and solving financial, business, and social problems related to economic risk. The program includes course work that prepares students for the professional examinations given by the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society. Ball State offers one of the few graduate programs in the nation focused on actuarial science.
