The Master of International Agriculture Degree Program (MIAP) is a multidisciplinary degree program, preparing students for a successful career in global agriculture. Blending theory, practical knowledge, and hands-on experience, the program prepares students to make a significant contribution to the field of international agriculture. A Master of Agriculture in International Agriculture (M.A.I.A.) prepares candidates for positions in the public and private sectors related to international agricultural development and marketing. Entry requirements for Oklahoma State University

　　Purpose Statement

　　Two letters of recommendation

　　For admission without qualification, a GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or the equivalent is expected in undergraduate coursework or a 3.00 in any graduate or professional coursework already completed.

　　Applicants for whom English is a second language are required to demonstrate an acceptable level of spoken English usually by submitting a TOEFL or IELTS score. TOEFL score of 79 (internet based test) 550 (paper based test) is required. Alternatively, an official IELTS, academic stream, examination with a minimum overall band score of 6.5 will satisfy the English proficiency requirements for admission to a graduate program.

　　Holders of baccalaureate or first professional degrees from colleges and universities of recognized standing are eligible to seek admission to the Graduate College.
