About the course

The MA User Experience and Service Design equips students to become human centred designers within industry, empowered to design socially and environmentally responsible products and services. The content of the programme will enable you to develop your skills and competencies in both the creative and analytical aspects of UX, whilst working on a diverse range of projects. This includes the opportunity to design experiences that embed digital in the physical world, take an empathic and systemic world view, and use the opportunities presented by new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) to design compelling product and service experiences.

　　You will develop key skills in user experience design principles and practice including: qualitative and quantitative design research methods, storytelling, interactive prototyping, video prototyping, experience prototyping, interaction design, usability testing, service design, social design, team working and project management. How to apply

Entry requirements for Loughborough University

1st or 2:1 honours degree in a relevant subject. Most applicants have a design background but we consider students from a range of disciplines relevant to user experience design, including psychology, computer science and business studies.,

　　TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 92, with not less than 22 in each test
