On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Explain key theoretical project management frameworks and apply them to a range of project management scenarios, taking into consideration social, cultural, environmental and economic factors,
Design and develop comprehensive project management plans which meet stakeholder expectations,
Evaluate the impact of organisational contexts, governance, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements and risk management when applying fundamental project management principles in a real life situation, and
